Our Recycled MOT Type 1 Sub Base is one of our most popular and cost-effective aggregate materials, ideal for construction, groundwork, and landscaping projects across Sussex & Kent.
Produced from a blended mix of crushed concrete, brick, and occasional asphalt, this recycled aggregate ranges from 40mm down to dust, creating a durable and easily compacted sub-base material. Graded in accordance with Specification for Highway Works 803 (SHW 803), it provides an excellent alternative to quarried Department of Transport Type 1 aggregates, often at a lower cost.
Delivered loose by the tonne using our professionally maintained Tiny Tipper fleet, it’s perfect for both domestic and commercial projects.
