Refund And Cancellations Policy

Cancellation of any order must be made prior to product dispatch to avoid costly fees. 

Customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days for an exchange or refund. However, please be aware that the return or rejection of products that we have correctly supplied is costly. When in doubt about the colour and/or form of a product, please request samples prior to placing an order.

Upon receipt of the goods Tiny Tipper will issue a refund within seven days via the original payment method, amounting to the sum paid minus the costs associated with returning the goods. This is subject to the goods and packaging being in 'as new condition', with a copy of the valid receipt/delivery note supplied.

    1. Items that are specially ordered cannot be returned.
    2. Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before goods are despatched which is a minimum of two working days before delivery.
    3. Refunds will be made in full if cancelled before the goods leave our yard. 
    4. If an order is placed and then cancelled after products have already been despatched then a refund will be given less the cost to return or re-route goods to an alternative delivery point. Collection/return costs are usually around £80.00 per pallet, depending on the postcode.   
    5. Delivery is non-refundable. 
    6. If the customer wishes to cancel an order after goods have been delivered than they may do so within fourteen working days of delivery.  Goods must be returned in original packaging and fit for resale, at customers' cost.
    7. The goods should be inspected on delivery with any damages or missing items reported on the paperwork. Please call us immediately on 01323 364637 and photographs are also advisable to support any claim which must be received no later than 7 days after the delivery

 

 

 

 

Due to the nature of these goods unless they are faulty, were unable to offer a refund or exchange. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Cancellation Rights

  1. You can cancel any online order, excluding bespoke or made to measure products, and receive a full refund by notifying us via email sales@tinytipper.co.uk
  2. Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after our receipt of the returned products, or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the products to us. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.
  3. Please note that if you cancel an order after the product has been dispatched, you will be charged the cost of delivery. We can also not refund these goods until we have confirmation that they have been returned to the depot in a re-saleable condition.
  4. Cancelling any part of an order that has been delivered means you will be responsible for returning the product(s) to us at your cost. We must be notified of the cancellation within 14 days from the date of delivery. The non-refundable items are listed above in Returns.:
