Delivery Information
Kerbside Delivery (Tail Lift)
All deliveries are made using a tail-lift vehicle and manual pallet truck. Your order will be delivered to the kerbside on a flat, hard surface such as a driveway or roadside.
Please note:
- Pallets can weigh up to 1 tonne
- Pallet trucks cannot operate on gravel, grass, slopes or uneven ground
- We are unable to deliver onto soft surfaces or move goods beyond kerbside
Access Requirements
Delivery vehicles can be large (up to 26 tonnes), so clear access is essential.
Please ensure:
- There is enough space for the vehicle to safely access and turn
- The delivery area is free from obstructions
- You inform us in advance of any access restrictions
Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in re-delivery charges.
Delivery Times
- Monday to Friday, typically between 9am – 5pm
- You’ll be contacted in advance to confirm your delivery date
- A time slot is usually provided on the day
Receiving Your Order
Please check your goods on arrival before signing.
- If there is any damage, sign the delivery as “Damaged”
- If you’re unavailable, you can request the goods to be left in a safe place (at your own risk)
- We recommend someone is present to check and accept the delivery
